INSULA SANXENXO is a company municipal equity created the 18th of September 2006 which purposes are promotion, manage and develop the municipal land in Sanxenxo’s Town Hall.

Among those functions, the main function at that moment is the promotion of homes with a type of protection, for that is created a municipal register of home applicants and a regulation for the adjudication of that homes.
