GENERAL INFORMATION TO SUPPLIERS RELATED TO ELECTRONIC INVOICE
25/2013 law on the information invoice modifies the invoicing regulation for the services and supplies provided to public administrations.
The aim of electronic invoice implementation is to make effective the multiple widerange of benefits from them in relation to the billing systems in the traditional support. Among these can be stand out the reduction of shipping times and costs, the possibility of automatic generation of invoices, the reduction of deadlines in the processing both in the company and in the administration.
The law itself to provide that from January 15, 2015 the suppliers of public administrations must invoice compulsorily in electronic format, except in the case of individual persons (article 4). This city council has approved an amendment that allows submitting invoices of amount less than 5000 Euros to legal entities (BOP - 05/20/2015).
- Physical Entity: for any amount you can choose physical presentation of invoice in register, or, telematic presentation with FACe
- Legal Entity: If the invoice is less than 5000 euros: you can choose physical presentation of invoice in register, or, telematic presentation with FACe.
If the invoice exceeds than 5000 Euros: the telematic presentation through FACe is obligatory
