Sanxenxo is located in the Occidental South Coast of Salnés valley, bathed by the rías de Pontevedra and Arousa. The extensión of the town is 44km2 and 17.077 inhabitants. Sanxenxo has 36km of coast that extends from Punta Santa Mariña, in Ría de Pontevedra, to Fianteira, in ría de Arousa.

Sanxenxo is composed for fertile valleys on mountains fomations which rise over them. Because the topographic disposition is created a calid microclima that makes Sanxenxo a place with a soft and tempered climate during all the year with 16,5 degrees as an average temperature.
